Anybody over the age of 18, who is interested in wildlife and photography. No prior experience necessary. Children 12 and over can participate, but have to be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your family. However, this kind of tour is not recommended for infants and very young children.
The safaris are in the wild and hence no sightings are guaranteed, However, we will use data collected from previous sightings, trackings and guide instincts to make our best effort to have special sightings.
A DSLR camera with a photo lens will work well.
Any Individuals or groups of friends, families, and corporates (colleagues) who are interested in wildlife or nature getaways.
Indivuals or groups who want customised tours w.r.t dates, duration, itineraries, and budgets. We will make our best efforts to design the tour as per the specifications, but this may not always be possible.

To cancel, please do so in writing. Cancellation charges may apply.
60% of the paid amount will be refunded via a re-usable voucher if cancelled 45 days prior to the tour start date.
15% of the paid amount will be refunded via a re-usable voucher if cancelled 15 days prioe to the tour start date.
No show – unfortunately no refund.
Some trips attract a minimum processing charge. The quoted price is a package and hence cannot be broken up and refunds processed for services not availed.
In some cases where photo IDs are required for bookings, it will not be possible. In other cases, we can review on a case to case basis
Participants travel from across different regions and have their personal preferences like flight, rail, road etc. We, however will be happy to assist you in making these bookings considering ideal times of arrival and departure.

The total price is payable to Krab Media and Marketing Private Limited.
Failure to pay the balance payment on time will lead to the bookings being cancelled with no prior notice or refund of the booking amount.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees, US Doller and Euros
In the instance that Kaadoo cancels a tour, a full refund will be processed. However, Kaadoo Trails will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the participant in preparation for the tour.
We recommend participants consider their health while registering. If you are on any regular medication, please carry sufficient supplies to last you the duration of the entire tour.
